FUELRADAR Ireland PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy applies to the FuelRadar app developed by Xaviour AI Limited, Dublin, Ireland ("Service Provider"). FuelRadar Ireland is provided free of charge as-is.

What information does FuelRadar collect?

FuelRadar is designed with privacy first. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the app.

Location data: FuelRadar accesses your device location while the app is in use (foreground only) to show nearby fuel stations and calculate distances. Location is never accessed in the background. Location data is not stored on our servers.

Anonymous usage data: FuelRadar uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication. You are assigned a random anonymous ID — no name, email, phone number or personal information is ever collected or required. No account registration is needed.

Community price reports: When you voluntarily submit a fuel price, we store the price, fuel type, station ID, timestamp and your anonymous user ID. This data is visible to all FuelRadar users and helps the Irish driving community.

Device information: Firebase may automatically collect basic device information such as device type and operating system for performance monitoring purposes only.

What FuelRadar does NOT collect:

• No name, email or phone number
• No advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• No data sold to third parties
• No background location tracking
• No precise real-time location stored

Third party services we use:
